Order processing. Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Delivery address. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect information.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Contact us on WhatsApp within this window to begin the process.

Attach clear photos of the frame and its packaging so we can process your return faster.
We will confirm within 1 business day and provide next steps for sending the item back.
Send the frame back in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
If you would like to swap your frame for a different style, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences are settled either way.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it at no additional cost to you — either a replacement or a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
For Paystack card payments, the refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
